Those actually aren't terrible. EX Max EDB (they're shoes, shoes always have low EDB), the PABs don't actively suck (though they're not as good as you'd hope for in a Mag), Evade's rather meh though. Probably got dumped there because Elemental Phase doesn't exactly move quickly in shops.

Was this worth saving from the bazaar? The Int is somewhat low:

I think the lowest was 17 or so. Some really bad boots if I remember correctly.

I think you might have lost out on about 11K...

Saw an Exqusite Scythe of Slaughter with something 45 str, and high dex and end. 8xx damage (at my level) and good proc chance; was 18k...

I spammed my sell button for potions and...gone.

There's a bunch of exquisites in the bazaar right now AT THIS SECOND, including a really powerful looking scythe of slaughter.

Sadly I can't afford even a single one ATM, someone go grab it.
