I have yet to obtain a Magnificent or Legendary from a drop just yet. Whoever got that legendary mace is good. How do you scale equipment to a certain level like say lvl 200?

There's also a few calculators that do it for you out there, an online based one, a downloadable one, and a script that displays the base values for you in game.

EDIT - Also, saw an ethereal axe of the illithid and ethereal rapier of the cheetah in bazaar, but neither was really good enough for me to grab for either resale or keep.
