You're willing to level that mediocre thing to 300? I have 3 katalox destruction staves with similiar stats and 2 of them are at a considerably higher level. Still, I consider them mediocre.
It's definitely not bad, but not worth the effort imo.

sorry mang it's crap.

in general if it's fleet and evade isn't >= 5 (>=4 for hands/feet) it's not worth the suffix. 3.x is definitely not high, and can be found anywhere.

@Doki it's within 0.7 of edb max, so depending on your standards, i'd say it's usable/sellable, good evade too; but definitely not forge material.

Yeah, Vampire suffix doesn't seem very helpful here, but I still think it is worth trying to sell in my equipment shop (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Exquisite Ebony Staff of Niflheim - almost max MDB and Wind EDB (-0.01 from max). MCB, Elec and Fire EDB's are pretty nice too.
