[Fine Phase Pants of Niflheim] -> Not too good, but not bad either. Fairly decent EDB...gonna level it for a while.

Fine Phase Gloves of Freyr --> These actually look to be fairly decent in terms of evade and other stats.

I nabbed this from the Bazaar. Someone threw in a ton of staves for some inexplicable reason. I had absolutely no clue ET proc chance could go this high.

I don't know how much you would have sold it for, but it was only about 10,000. Of the Destruction Staves I looked at, this was the one I was happiest with.

Redwoods are the only ones that can go to 50%. I've got a few 50/3 gathering dust in my inventory for some reason. And I've fed better staves to the bazaar because no one was interested.
