That should be pretty high, in the range of base 3 to 3.1 INT
But surely not the highest one.
Currently we have seen on owl phase with base 3.22 base, as in max. stat thread

Still, I am interested in the stat of that phase robe. Are you interested in phase robe of earth-walker with 6.73 base?

Yeah, I just saw that 3.22 in the Max Stat thread. This has 3.11 base. I don't know how someone at that level found a fucking superior robe. This one also has ~.5 more evade and higher defense stats (not useful, but explains where the other stat points went to).

I'm going to hold onto it for now since it's possible I'll have a lot more free time soon in which I could actually level it up and use it, but I'll definitely keep the earth-walker in mind.
