I wonder what the current max values are for shield armor. There's a really high slaughter power boot and we don't even know if it's the max. Maybe you can get a 20% barrier cutlass. They can be the new pre-nerf phase.

Eh... the mdm seems way too low, but I'm hopping on the battlecaster bandwagon anyway, since it's the first one I even seen. Plus it was only 3k, which is less than half a day's worth of credits.
