The upload was ostensibly successful and appears for me with all images included while displaying the assurance of "Yes" to its visibility, but when I check its URL on a different browser, not logged in, it only shows a message reading "This gallery has been removed or is unavailable. You will be redirected to the front page momentarily."

A Google search returns an official F.A.Q.-type wiki page mentions this message and says in thereof "This is not the same as a gallery being deleted or expunged. Do NOT re-upload it." without further elaboration or clarification.

Does this simply mean, then, that my gallery is still processing or awaiting approval as needed for submissions by brand-new users? If so, then please confirm as much for me, and otherwise, fix the error, thank you.

That's something I'd suspected, and hoped, but I've since gone and asked about it in chat, and received bizarre, frequently downright abusive responses from multiple staff members, including "simplesimon32" and "elgringo", altogether strongly implying that my content was and continues to be deliberately hidden with no suggestion of the situation you're supposing there, all while refusing to properly answer my questions, giving only evasive, vaguely-worded replies and continuing to play coy even after I explicitly and repeatedly called such out and told them to knock it off. They pointedly neglected to identify their own specific ranks and permissions as compared to those of normal users/visitors, point-blank denied my firsthand evidence of my content being hidden based solely on the stated information of "Visible = Yes" despite every other factor indicating otherwise, and made repeated nonsensical references to "fjords", of which my prompts for explanation on the meaning were also consistently ignored, but Google results show clear evidence of this being an established euphemism for removal/deletion of content.

This continued for a bit further, which I was not able to screenshot before being kicked, shortly prior to which even further evidence was indicated of the mods deliberately trolling me, such as saying how it was getting "boring" and flat-out refusing to abide by my explicit enforcements of my rights. Notably, when they said I would not get answers in their chat and I naturally asked where I would get them, they repeatedly answered only with "not here" even after I made explicitly clear that I needed a specific location identified by name/link.

Thus, this topic is now additionally an abuse report against the behavior of these staff members.

Look at the statistics of your gallery and you can see if it's being seen by others. If people are rating your gallery, tagging it, commenting on it then it's being seen. If not, just wait a while like meow_pao said.

It means you're a brand new user, so the gallery you posted was flagged for manual screening.
