Hi just curious but how many people here are actually dating real Japanese women not the 2D kind (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
If you have a Japanese GF are you dating her in Japan itself or in a foreign country? Does she act in a similar way to any of the girls in the hentai manga you read? I know its no secret but I always wondered why the manga writers make the 2D representations of Japanese females so unreal compared to how the real girls behave in real life. Is this more of a male fantasy on the part of the author or just slapstick comedy turned farce?

Are you sure the Japanese girls would just cross out gaijin from their list of long term relationships? Statistically there have been a lot of marriages between Japanese and foreigners both in Japan and elsewhere and that number is increasing every year. I always heard (hopefully this is wrong) the most imporant criteria for dating/marrying Japanese girls is the size of your wallet not the color of your skin...
