Some people believe that even single player games should not cheat, while others believe that games only need to be happy. What is your opinion?
(To be honest, sometimes I even cheat in H games.)
Small-dicked little bitches HATE cheating in single-player RPGs because they feel like "grinding separates the men from the babies" because grinding is all they are capable of.
Go on any Pokemon forum and express the opinion that grinding adds nothing of value to Pokemon. You can buy infinite-use TMs to get overpowered moves, you can grind to make Return one of the strongest moves, you don't need to make smart choices spending your resources because you have infinite resources if you grind enough.
Either your level matches your foe's strongest Pokemon, giving you an unfair advantage over foes with a lower level, or it's too high putting you at an unfair advantage or it's too low putting you at an unfair disadvantage. Morons will say "It's not an issue because you can ignore the issue" to try and shut you up. Bad people will say "It's not an issue if you're not a bitch" to shame you into silence. Deep down, they both know you're right. Level doesn't add anything interesting to the game. Either you wasted time grinding, or you didn't. Or you cheated by speeding the game up, using a turbo controller AFK, or editing your save file, or editing the rom itself.
50 could be the maximum level and nothing about Pokemon would actually change outside of EV/IV autism 99% of players don't give a shit about. No Pokemon deserves to not fully evolve until it's over level 60. Pokemon could get their level from a "Trainer Level" that goes up as you progress the plot and defeat enemy trainers.
Express the factually true opinion that levels in a RPG are just filler content designed to drag out the game and create the illusion of progression. Most players only use one to six Pokemon because catching shit weaker than you and grinding it is rarely if ever worth it. With each game, grinding Pokemon levels, EVs, and IVs, will get slightly less time-consuming and retarded, and everyone is always happier as a result, because these mechanics don't deserve to be time-consuming at all.
Watch how quickly moderators will lock your thread to placate the failed men. It doesn't matter how gently you put this fact, you will bruise the egos of bad developers who think their "difficulty hack" or laughably mediocre fangame that took 10 years to make and has a story a 10-year old or AI could write is better than official Nintendo games because your Pokemon are usually level 100 by the time you take on the level 80 Elite Four and Champion.
"But in Fallout New Vegas, you need to raise your level doing sidequests on the long way to Vegas getting companions along the way! You can't go straight north to Vegas or you die! Level was used meaningfully in that western game so shut up about my favourite asian game and leave that billion dollar franchise alone!"
You haven't played the game. There are plenty of ways to go north at level one, some safer than others. It's not your level that gatekeeps you from going straight north, it's your skill at the game, your knowledge of the game, the equipment of your character, and the capabilities of your character. It's what you know and the choices you make. You can't do that in Pokemon.
Wild Pokemon are pointless and boring unless they're something you want to catch. They're weaker than you. They're not a threat. Nothing stops you from healing up except time. Which you can speed up, making it pointless. This isn't Dark Souls. Enemy Trainers won't be rematchable. If they are, they allow infinite grinding. Oh wait, Pokemon already allows infinite grinding because it's designed so even the youngest kids can beat it. This is the game "men" get huffy over if you criticize forced grinding in any game, romhack, or fangame.
