It's fine I guess. Titan Quest is another good example especially that you could make it lag so much that it ctd if you connected Cheat Engine to it and cranked every thinkable option up to max which was hilarious sometimes I thought. There's also many fps-games where if you use the same tool it would allow you to get unlimited ammo and shooting speed without any reload in between the recoils, also fun of course.
Cheating in single-player games is acceptable, after all, it won't affect others. I can't accept cheating in multiplayer because it affects the normal gameplay experience of others

for the first time? embarrasing, youre telling me you suck too much do it legit. subsequent plays? go wild. i do it too, its such a power play to use gameshark codes on castlevania curse of darkness and remain a wolf the entire time.
'Cheating' in single player: the only ones players could possibly be 'cheating' are themselves, if you mean in the sense that they are detracting from the intended experience.
For any competitive scene, whether the original game is singleplayer or not already has no bearing on the competition being a multiplayer one. Cheating there is no different from straight up cheating in a sports event.
I don't think there's anything wrong with cheating in a single-player game, as long as it's not an unacceptable behavior that affects other people's gaming experience
I think it's perfectly fine as long as no one is hurt by it, ik I cheat sometimes xP Cheating is rly helpful when modding a game, which is why I do it!
If it's single player, I'll at least play the game once normally, but god forbid I lose my save or it's a NG+ then I'll see what fun there's to be had with cheats.
I think its fine to do what make you happy as long you don't affect others imo. I remember looking for a cheat bcoz that hentai game was so bullshit and i really wanted to get to the good parts without losing all my hair (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)
Dense motherfuckers will grind for 999 hours and get mad at you for using Cheat Engine to get through that at 10x speed or in a few minutes with a save editing program.
Only the dense ones. Regular and smart motherfuckers have better things to do than waste time grinding.
Honestly, as long as you're having fun and not affecting anyone else, go crazy. Single player games are for you to enjoy, completely up to you whether you wanna cheat it or not
Some people believe that even single player games should not cheat, while others believe that games only need to be happy. What is your opinion? (To be honest, sometimes I even cheat in H games.)
