"Live-Service" games deserve to get cheated. They're nothing but time wasters like mobile games and gacha.
I do not want to spend 300hrs just to max out my ability to enjoy a fun difficulty.

Cheating one's own RAM is fine, but if the game footage is to be uploaded to social media however, I would at least expect the uploader claims any cheats made at the beginning of video.

Frankly, I don't really mind cheating in single-player games. But if you don’t want to ruin the experience of a new game you’ve just started, you shouldn't cheat for a quick thrill.
I usually cheat now because I’ve played a game before as a kid, and just want to relive the experience immediately, or because I’m curious about an upcoming gameplay section but don’t fully understand it—so I’ll start a new save file to test my theories.. Agree about that, usually I only cheat to speed up grinding progress using exp multipliers.

It's fine. It's nobody else's business how one experiences a game (or anything else) by themselves...like, I might consider it a shame to cheat in certain games, but no strong judgments. Do whatever makes you happy in single player games (as long as you're not then making false claims about your skills, abilities, whatever).

It's singleplayer, people can cheat if they want to. If it makes the game more enjoyable for them why not? Some of my best memories were using cheats in gta san andreas and just messing around in the game. I actually wish more devs built in fun cheats like those.
