Lol I wouldn't think of selling the hp draught since they value at like 1c in the market.
I will give you the mana and spirit draught this one time.
Though, I'm curious, what are you doing at this level to burn through spirit draught as well?
I rarely even need them anymore, at most it'd be 2-3 draughts per arena.

Ok I've sent you all 3 types of draughts and the Shield.
Though I want to advise you on this, since you're getting the Shield, you're probably playing one-hand right? That style doesn't benefit from Agility, only Strength, Dexterity and Endurance so focus on getting those stats. And I see this advise. I thought AGI still help raise my physical mitigation? (I just recently change to 1H-Shield-Heavy fighting-style)
Shall I decrease my EXP distributed to AGI?
