So here's my plan.
Gather enough people here to fully expunge galleries based on this rule:
2.1 While this can be more subjective, a gallery that people consider to be lacking any redeeming qualities or relevance to the erotic theme of the website will be expunged.
It is my opinion that all real porn(read non-asian) lacks redeeming qualities and lack relevance to this website.
If you agree with this and are willing to expunge any and all real porn as garbage post here saying so and with your garbage expunge power(50% of your regular expunge)
If we get enough people that want this then I will make a vigilante thread and we'll start killing them.

IF THIS IS A PROBLEM WITH THE ADMINISTRATION:
Post here about it, and I mean Tenboro, not a mod, or anyone else.
If you want to argue it here, fine, if you want to inform Tenboro, please feel free, but if the post telling me not to isn't from him I'll ignore it.
If this is an issue Tenboro and you don't want me to continue with it, that's just fine too, but a lot of people seem sick of it so this is my proposed solution.

Two things:
1) The final decision to remove real porn should be made by Tenboro, not the plebeian masses.
2) Asian porn is just as bad if not worse than non-asian real porn. If Real porn is to be deleted, all of it should be deleted.

Does Tenboro's ninja post mean he doesn't care to delete it or he doesn't care if people expunge it? He needs to be decide this because we could have a forum war with people expunging things and certain individuals deciding to un-expunge it.

Alpha7 is allowed to correct things we aren't allowed to do, not just things he disagrees with.

Only way to remove because of this rule is because the owner of said copyright complained, otherwise there'd be literally no galleries.

We already have a garbage thread and we used to expunge all the grody real porn whores and then people starting bitching about it because they "liked" that kind of crap. That's when Dad halved our garbage expunge power, remember?

But I guess if Tenb said he didn't care then we can do it. Post guidelines, though, Hammie, so Dlaggle and Alpha can't gripe about it. And they'd better not gripe about it.

Personally, I don't care either as long as I can find all the old ones by searching for expunged galleries. It might make sense in that if all real porn was expunged, number of new real porn uploads per day should get lower.

Can't promise to help as there'll be lot to expunge and I don't have that much time daily (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

Edit: I would feel better though if Information page didn't specify that one can upload real porn if all is going to get expunged.

Absolutely we'll have guidelines, but we'll leave that for the vigilante thread.

All I think is needed at this point is:
Don't expunge asian porn, it's at least somewhat on theme, and since there's a category for it we'll leave it be.
Don't expunge misc that isn't real porn, the category still has a point.

If anyone thinks anything else should be included in rules feel free to discuss, but if it's non-asian real porn, I want to kill it, regardless of "quality" "hotness of model" etc.
I'd rather this not turn into something subjective or we'll end up getting none of it done because of arguments over what qualifies as quality, or hot, etc.

No.
The Illicit expunge says: "This gallery contains illicit content, like child porn or anything else forbidden by the RoE."
The RoE forbids copyright violations.
Ergo, we can expunge anything we want that violates copyrights.
No one says that we have to employ the rule consistently.

And, incidentally, Tenboro can't complain nor can anyone else. That rule exists to prevent Tenboro for being sued for violating copyright laws. If he says you can't use it to expunge copyright material, he loses the plausible denial that would be the basis for his legal defense if he gets sued. (I'm assuming Youtube used the same defense. They forbid people from uploading copyright material, but don't have any means of policing what people upload.)
