There are lots of things that people can dislike and therefore be punished by having said thing happen to them.
Does the character dislike adhesives? They could have tape put all over them.
Does the character dislike static shocks? Have them rubbed down with a blanket that is incredibly dry and warm.

If you want it as a funishment, could still work the same way. Sensory things, sensory deprivation, something that would embarrass them or humiliate them, something that indulges an urge they have been trying to avoid. Lots of possibilities but also most things have been done before and that's okay. Hope this helps.
