Also, for the Sinterklass part, the guidelines say:

Special Challenge to celebrate Sinterklaas (optional)
collect a Sinterklaas set: Exquisite (or higher) Holy Staff, Superior (or higher) red (surtr) cap robe and shoes, and white (heimdall) gloves and pants.
No real prize: you'll get a place at the Table of Honor to dine with Sinterklaas (I wonder what you'll get to eat).
You can enter both a low set and a Sinterklaas set if you want, but please do so in one single post.
Of course, a Sinterklaas set could also qualify as a valid entry for the How-Low-Can-You-Go event.

But not sure if the EID part as in the "how low you can go" also apply here.

If No, that means we can use old pieces in our inventories? Y/N.

Well it's a full valid set with no consolation slots (all phase, staff is exquisite) do i think it'll get me top 10? no where near, do i think i will be able to improve it significantly? no. But hey, i'm calling it a win just Getting there.
