That's sort of the impression I got. Spelling/grammar issues and emote spamming aside, she seemed nice enough to me. And emote spamming isn't something that I'd instantly hate someone for. I went through a phase like that on IRC about 10-15 years ago (with ASCII emoticons mainly).
