Catharsis is definitely the word that represents the strong emotion I get from this song considering it takes like 33 episodes to get to the point it first plays in, and the series has quite a strong soundtrack overall for me so yeah, like it a lot.

Character: Primula from Shuffle!. It was between her, Hoshino Ruri from Kidou Nadesico or Vanilla from Galaxy Angel but Primula is the fluffiest and cutest without a doubt.

Snom from this message board is the cutest. The bayonet duct taped to his head is coincidence. I don't know why but a lot of this turned up when I tried to look for fanart.

This wasn't intended, but the song seems to work well with this character, in my imagination.

Does the image need to be drawn by a fan? Seems like half the submissions don't qualify on this, also it might be difficult to obtain if your chosen character is lesser known, lesser popular, or from prior eras when fanarts (especially good ones) were much more rare.

That "fan art" part will not be strictly enforced. Mostly just to discourage people from haphazardly copy paste stuff from the official works (e.g. a screenshot from the manga chapter).

The quality of the art increases the likelihood your post being picked, at least for me. Brief explanation on why they are cute/emotional/whatnot could also bump up the likelihood as well, but please keep them short and brief as I don't plan to read an essay about it lol.

Just a heads-up, starting from the next event, there will be some qualitative differences between the KAngel and Nekokissa prizes.
- KAngel: Higher reward (1500+ Hath); Slightly more effortful task (e.g., write a poem, ID a gallery mistagged with NTR, build a decent imageset, etc)
- Nekokissa: Normal reward (1000 Hath); Simple and easy task (e.g., what's your favorite anime, movie, dream, hentai, etc)

Btw, I decided to double reward for all three prizes (only this month tho til my H@H clients become healthy), so 2000 + 2000 + 2000.
