The event has now finished. Everyone who handed in at least one full set of search engine parts were awarded a Museum Ticket (Tier 8 trophy). Additionally, and even if you didn't hand in a full set, you were also granted a Shrine Fortune (Tier 7 trophy) and an Energy Drink for every unique item you handed in.

Note that the Shrine Fortunes are not tradable, but the Museum Ticket is. This is intentional.

Lately, Snowflake has been working on restoring an ancient precursor search engine for a museum exhibition, but she needs some parts to complete the rebuild. And as usual, she needs you to go on a fetch quest to find the items in question.

Search engine parts will drop randomly in battle; drop rates increase with higher difficulties. (They only drop on Persistent.)

The event ends on Monday, April 10th at 23:59:59 UTC. You should hand in your findings at Snowflake's Shine by then to qualify for the event's grand prize. Since artifacts no longer give energy drinks directly, the rewards will include some depending on how many unique artifacts you handed in.

Damn, Easter already. Tried a small arena and got a crankshaft thing, will do more stuff later but hopefully it isn't hard to collect a set or two.

It doesn't matter when you hand them in or how many you hand in at once. You just need to hand them in before the end of the event. You get a T7 trophy for each unique artifact you hand in, and if you hand in all nine, you'll get one T8 trophy. Usually there is no extra bonus for handing in more than one of each type of artifact (and I think it's the same this year, but hard to say with the EDs).

Cool, Thanks for the yearly event! I see now why artifacts should not drop EDs, I haven't played HV for so long, I didn't realize the potential for abuse.

Yes. Hand them in any time and it will be counted. You don't need to do anything else.

Feels like the rate for bonus stats is higher on these. Is that just in my head?

So far I've collected all the artifacts for Grindfest and Arena. Now I am just battling for the 3 in Item World. What I find interesting about this year's hunt is I have gotten 1 of each artifact and have not yet hit on any duplicates. Previous years I would hit on 2 or 3 or even 4 of the same artifact before hitting on the one I needed.


Also, whenever a search engine piece drops. It seems to be before or just after a regular artifact drops and this is usually after 50-120 rounds.

This is my first Easter event, so I'm wondering how soon after the event ends the rewards are given out? Noni's post says the rewards are automatically received the day after Easter. It hasn't been Easter where I'm at for over 36 hours now...Not a problem if it takes an extra day or two, I just wish I knew so I don't feel the need to constantly check every 15 minutes. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Edit: Only thing I can say is that I haven't received anything either yet. Previously Admin had to manually run the script and he also makes a post that it is over, so I guess he's sleeping like a sane person till he wakes up in the later afternoon without a care.

I guess that narrows down the answer to my question to be "longer than 4 hours," but does anyone know of an actual answer? Just curious.

So short answer, whenever admin wakes up and makes the announcement it's over.
