I don't really like this ending. What I hoped for was the Rumbling destroying the whole world and then entering a cycle of rebirth.

as a guy that reading a manga from first chapter, i disappoint to ishiyama for make that "half cooked" philosophy ending.the anime itself just make it more clear, but still didn't make it better.

How much someone likes freedom doesn't necessarily have anything to do with how willing someone is to fight for it.

I'm never going to fight for my "freedom" because it only risks my life and even if I win, the country will be ruled by the idiots that I fought for, who themselves want to enslave people and stifle my freedom.

Edgy trash.. with attempts to make things seem "deep". But overall ruining the entire thing that came before it. (the series) Not quite as grievously ruinous (to the series) or nonsensical as Gurren Lagann's ending but still up there with the worst.

One of the few times a pretentious "open ending" or a nonsensical and even non-ending might have actually been better. :/

ending itself is not that bad, yet the parts right before ending is stupid and confusing, trolling the entire story line and rendering the ending ineffective and foolish
