For those welcoming new posters to the forum, please be respectful and keep your replies positive. Most of these people are newcomers, and they deserve to get a good first impression of the site.

One final note: avoid mass-welcoming, if possible. If you do feel the need to welcome every new member to the forum in one go, please start from the oldest thread first before proceeding to the newer ones so that the post order is maintained.
