Worst: crying infants
chalkboard squeakiness and the like.
I was surprised how often styrofoam came up here, but I guess it is pretty similar to chalkboard or metal on plate.

Some sounds anger me, but that's different. Dogs barking when I want to sleep and birds being loudly territorial at dawn isn't 'cringe' it's 'hate'.
