dont quote me on that though, it was some offhand references to some posts in this thread or irc that i cant find, and also he said expunged, but i take it it meant dmca'd, as expunged galleries have never been invisible in favs.

I like the new OR as well as favorite sort features.

I really don't like how expunged galleries got removed from my favorites. The lack of pagination really sucks ass. I don't understand why anyone thought this was a good idea, especially in favorites.

This is just a total nightmare to navigate.

I've been using a random number generator to pick pages in my favorites to browse. How would I even get to the middle of my favorites now? This is scuffed.

Maybe it wouldn't be so big if people weren't allowed to upload 4 page pixiv collection posts to farm for GP, amongst 20 different competing uploaders, filling the index with garbage. So they get to keep doing their thing while we lose page numbers. So glad I can't just quickskip 4 pages over to avoid "[PIXIV] this artist, post 1" , "[PIXIV] this artist, post 2", "[PIXIV] this artist, post 3", "[PIXIV] this artist, post 4", "[PIXIV FANBOX] this artist, post 1", "[PIXIV] this artist, full collection 2012-2017" "[PIXIV] this artist, full collection 2017-2018". How about doing something about that instead

If you cannot go back to the version with page numbers.
Then please also bring back the feature that shows deleted galleries in favourites and deleted galleries are combined when searching.

It looks like an out of season april fools joke. Make people happy, bring back pagination and expunged favs.You got feedback, no one likes it, do a good deed, return everything as it was.

How do you propose to remove something critical like pages, which everyone understands and is adept at navigating?

Here's a good idea. Clean out some of the cruft, that'll cut down on index size.

why would you do this? Ironically now nhentai of all things has numbered pages while e-h doesnt.

Revert this change please. I only lurk and this is one of the few times I'll post. If there's ever a major fuck up on the site, I'll post again.

We have removed the ability to see what color you are selecting. Please remember your colors hex code value or guess it until you get it right. Is basically the GID bullshit.

My use case, I like to get back up to date on say, tentacle tag. I've been gone for 2 weeks and I want to see how much has been added, starting with the oldest. With pages, I just skip maybe 5 pages.

Now I have no ability to skip ahead a certain number of pages.

Please stop following the example of youtube and making updates that completely ruin the user experience, thank you.

It's not just DMCA'd galleries that are dead. Random ass galleries from 2009 that still show up on the site just don't show up in the faves any more https://e-hentai.org/g/102986/2abd14d412/

He just needs to revert it asap. Nothing good came out of this. There was no need to change it.

I find these changes to be quite ass. I like to know which page I'm on and now that's not possible. Feels like youtube's many cases of (like the recent one) "fixing what ain't broken"

If the issue is pixiv galleries then start a new thing, set one gallery for an artist, let anyone contribute to it, get GP (rest of details worked on later) so we can stop seeing pokom and KEYLUN's eternal pissing match.

About there is actually a way on the loss of expunge can write a script.
That is, when I check expunge, send two web requests at the same time, and then merge the galleries obtained from the search according to GID sorting on the front end.
But I don't know the front end don't know how to achieve it.

The majority of this update is just brainless garbage. No pages, can't include expunged galleries in your search, can't search downvoted tags, favorites are fucked, and the improved performance is a lie.

It's a good joke honestly, but you can stop now.
