In a similar vein, when I search "fist of the north star english" or "english fist of the north star", only three results are shown. When I search "hokuto no ken english" or "english hokuto no ken", nothing is shown.

It's only I search "english fist_of_the_north_star", "fist_of_the_north_star english", "english hokuto_no_ken", (notice the underscores) or "english "hokuto no ken", ""hokuto no ken" english", "english "fist of the north star"", or ""fist of the north star" english" (notice where more quotes are placed), that I get (more or less) the full repertoire of English translated Fist of the North Star parody fancomics.

Notably, when I search "english "dragon ball af"", or ""dragon ball af" english", with "dragon ball af" in quotes, I get (as of this writing) 1,211 results, the vast majority of which have nothing whatsoever to do with Dragon Ball AF.

Can you fix the code so that I don't have to do weird search engine tricks just to get consistent results? I want a simple "english hokuto no ken" to work just as well as "english hokuto_no_ken". Please, and thank you.

Also, can you make a option to toggle pagination on or off? I hate that some of my "guidepost" bookmarks are ruined now because of this new style of search pagination. Please, and thank you (again).

Working as intended. Two-letter words aren't generally indexable or searchable, meaning they end up being combined with other words, so if it doesn't guess correctly for the best way to combine them, you need to use quotes to combine them appropriately.

Like Shank says, it's because of a slaved tag that matches your search exactly, but it seems like a junk tag so I've flagged that one as unsearchable.

For performance reasons, the search engine will no longer count the exact number of results in large result sets; instead result counts will usually be approximated based on various metrics. It will say "about" if the count is an estimate.

Yeah, I'm aware wildcard characters aren't properly searchable for uploader names, I'll get around to fixing it.

For all Comikets at once, not to my knowledge. If you want to search for a specific one, you can do that (e.g. "C69") with the exception of Comikets 1-9.

In this case, "< Prev" is greyed out (because there is no previous page), but I can still click "<< First", which takes me to https://e-hentai.org/tag/male:multiple+arms

The main reason for this behavior is that if you are on the first page in backwards browsing mode, new content can show up which would make it no longer be the first page, so it makes sense to have an easy way to flip it around to the first page in forwarding browsing mode.

I guess there might be some reason for why you would want to go to the last page in backwards browsing mode if you are on the last page in forwards browsing mode, even if new content wouldn't generally be added after that page, though I can't really think of one. I'll consider changing it just to be consistent anyway.

Looks intended. If the dash is the first character it's evaluated as an exclusion term, if not it's an inclusion term even if there is a dash in it.

If you explain why you need to go to page 50, I'll tell you how it's intended to work with the new search engine.
