Incubo di una Notte di Mezz'estate (A Midsummer Night's Nightmere).
It was a speciality made by Pub Black Fire in Bologna, Italy, i don't know the ingredient, only that it had eggs and sugar in it, it was sweet and light.
It was called that way becouse it gave you a faint hangover that lasted all night long.
I don't know if is still done, i got it like 20 years ago, i only know that the bartender was a genius, you coud have said to him "i will be home in 2 hours, give me something that get me drunk after that time" and he would have made a drink that hits you at the exact right time.
