Can't we already get any potencies we want using amnesia shards?

I'm actually scared of the incoming equipment changes but I figure they are inevitable, so I'm just hoping they come out okay and don't make things worse.

If Tower comes to Persistent in any way (as the new IW, supposedly) another thing is that they may encourage people to powerlevel to 500, instead of holding down their level like I do now (since I'm inactive).

There's no reason to hold down your level in isekai. You always powerlevel there because there is a game mode that isn't tied to your level.

I don't think Tenboro is going to push any "normal" battle to a ridiculous difficulty or have to power yourself to a endgame state to clear a battle, considering he have reduce the torment of tower for several times, and the "normal" bonus for tower is almost cap at 50 floor now to discourage wasting time in meaningless battle, the "Persistent Tower" won't have higher difficulty than tower floor 50 I think, and it's pretty sure that nobody who clear tower floor 50 is in lv.500, also no all-peerless setup is required I guess

Even if the Persistent Tower/IW isn't too difficult, as long as it is something where monsters aren't scaled to your player level, that will be the first example of that type of mission, so it could encourage people to level up. Just as a matter of principle. In the current version of the game there isn't a strong inherent reason to increase your level (except Ponyslayer title, and proficiency to 600, but I don't think that is enough to compensate for the stronger monsters).

I think there were missions/arenas (or mechanics) of fixed monster level in the past, old versions maybe seven years ago or more, when I first started playing, but I can't remember. Does anyone else remember?

Request:

Regenerating Armor Proc: Armor that heals you for some small amount every turn. (dependant on rarity, level and whether cloth, light, or heavy). Possibly modified by existing armor categories.

Essentially it's a rare Tag Addition that could be granted to weapon and armor drops.

Amount of health regenerated = some-small amount of health/ turn. This effect should be upgradable.

Ex:
Lv1 crude Regenerating head armor: +0.5 HP per turn
Lv1 crude Regenerating body armor: +1.5 HP per turn
Lv1 crude Regenerating hand armor: +1 HP per turn
Lv1 crude Regenerating leg armor: +1 HP per turn
Lv1 crude Regenerating feet armor: +1 HP per turn

essentially a full set of crude should be able to regenerate any 1 WEAK basic monster attack worth of damage at that level(equipment level)

a full Average set should be able to regen 1 AVERAGE basic monster attack worth of damage at that level.

so on and so forth. with Peerless able to regen the most.

on upgrade it should increase this ability by 1%% (One Percent of 1% of the default) per upgrade. so 0.5 HP becomes 0.505 HP, and 5 HP at some later level becomes 5.05 HP, and 500 HP (at whatever level that would be normal enemy damage at) would be 505 with average regenerating armor.

This Tag should fit-in ahead/instead of tags like Power, Shade, Force, and Phase (if these tags are present) ex: Superior Regenerating Power Armor of Slaughter, or Superior Regenerating Plate Armor of Slaughter, Superior Regenerating Cotton Robe of Warding.

again, it'd be a rare tag.

I wolud like to suggest a lttle change on Isekai.

Can we have 20 Soul Fragment drop per tower level for the first 20 flors?

So in the early stages of play we can soulbond 2 magnificent or 4 exquisite piece of equipment in a more easy way.

Or add a Soul Fragment awarded for each level of the player.

Why not make it that soul fragments drop when salvaging magnificent or better equipment that has been levelled up in Item World when in Isekai mode?
Would entice people to consider getting rid of a good drop instead of wasting credits or try to farm more equips not to waste credits & get more gameplay in both cases.

There seems to be a bug where, when I counter I take the damage instead. That or me getting countered is incorrectly displaying as me countering, though considering I'm running 1h I do suspect that it is the former. All I know is that I occasionally get gutted for 50 - 75% of my health in one round, and very often when this happens the log says that the enemies have not hit me for much BUT I landed a big counterattack.

Ok, there are several points:
1. It is not impossible, but extremly unlikely, that there is such a big bug in hv and you're the only one affectet.
2. Your pictures don't help much, since we don't know how many HP you had one turn earlier.
3. Since you seem to have just started, if you haven't already, check out the beginners advice in the wiki.

I have to ask: There are any new on the new IW and upgrading system that will use cores?

I remember that one of the points was to meke IWing the wanted skill more easy and i can't wait anymore, that cause 9 times out of 10 i IW a weapon on isekai i get the only skill i don't want and respect cost so much compared to the weapon that is more worth stopping or throwing it away.

It's one of the main reasons that ìis making me stop playing isekai fast every time.

It's being worked on, and I don't expect any other feature updates to the rest of the site before it's done. The new backend code is mostly feature-complete, but frontend UI and conversion scripts still remain, and it's a really large update in general, so integration and testing will take time as well.

I wonder if that update will go to isekai first or debut in persistent? The method of refunding any previous forging and IW is what I'm most worried about. Is it possible to let players choose when they are ready to opt their equipment into the new system? (I am presuming that the new system will be advantageous)

I stopped upgrading and item worlding anything important since the new system was announced, and also didn't bother to spend much resources to perfect the item world on my currently used equipment set. I still keep ~100 amnesia shards so I can item world one thing if I really need to. I wonder if I should panic and sell them off.

(I should remark that I've never complained about the randomness in the current item world system, as I consider that it helps equipment become unique, a little beyond what they were born with. And you can eventually get what you want with enough money. I still remember using my little dagger in the old item world system before potencies, so I wonder if we are partially just reverting back to that).

It will go live on Isekai first, and probably be exclusive to Isekai for a few weeks to a month. Big update, much potential for bugs.

Equipment will automatically be converted the first time you visit HV after the update. There will be a pre-announcement of changes and how stuff in the old system will be converted to the new one, so there will be plenty of time to do stuff beforehand.

I think it would be better if it's exclusive for longer, kind of half or more of the season.

Reason: In Isekai we do not have many upgrade materials available at the beginning of the season. It takes a few weeks until the market has enough and "affordable and acceptable" prices. But the main one is the scarcity of cores. It will be difficult to perform good tests with such a small amount available.
