Star Wars The Clone Wars on GBA. You could beat it in literally 4 minutes with very little effort.
When I was much younger (that was my first GBA game, if you mean "Attack of the Clones"), that game was tough.
Not so much anymore, though.
It never had much play value for me, especially once I discovered RPG's.
The original Game Boy (and NES) star wars platformer is a lot harder, and also worse designed IMO (I hate offscreen things that come flying at you with no sort of pattern other than you remembering where they are. Also floor spikes below the bottom of the screen).
it's very hard for me to pick a 'worst' game, but one game of many that I don't like is Clu Clu Land (a launch Famicom/NES title). the controls feel really weird because they don't rotate when your character does.
The worst I own (besides sports games) is probably Gyromite, but that's in part because I can't afford R.O.B..
I always tended not to buy (or rent, even) many licensed console games. I think my Star Wars experience taught me a valuable lesson. Although KOTOR and SW Battlefront (original, Pandemic studios) are great, acclaimed games from a later period.
I feel weird about "Shadowgate," too. Shadowgate is kind of fun in a "see how many different ways you can possibly die" sort of way, but it's kind of annoying if you actually want to finish it.
Apparently, Shadowgate is considered famously bad in Japan. Probably partially a translation issue. But the basic game concept is also maddening unless you have great memory or take tons of notes.
Oh, and there's a time limit on each torch you hold, and a finite number of torches. In a game where everything else will already kill you.
