Hello, I'm having some confusion over archive download cost :

Original cost 993 GP for 31.53 MB, about 31 GP/MB

https://e-hentai.org/archiver.php?gid=76124...60830934b435cd3

This one though cost 2508 GP for 18.98 MB, about 132 GP/MB

https://ehwiki.org/wiki/Archives says that "recreated archive" is twice more expensive, but here it cost around 4 times, why?
