现在手上只有7m，问一下通常你们说的10m转法包不包括那5m的法杖IW服务，是5m的法杖IW服务加5m装备还是装备就要10m

這幾天不用枕頭睡覺之後我都是8-9點點就醒，而且還會做夢。
以前用枕頭就是睡到12-13點且不做夢。
但是都是同一個時間入睡，所以現在睡眠時間其實更少了？

我刚发现我家也有公网v4
用speedtest.cn测有100Mbps上行，但是speedtest.net只有40Mbps
IP似乎也不是静态的，重启光猫好像就会变
这种情况可以挂h@h吗

应该可以。如果你的是真公网ip的话变化没关系，只要端口一样就可以了

比较推荐用 Docker 跑。毕竟 NAS 魔改的系统不知道是啥，就算是 Linux 可能也被魔改到跑不起来 H@H 的。

不用枕頭后嘗試過趴著睡，好像墊一下東西比較好。
還需要繼續研究什麽姿勢才是最舒服。

如果床垫比较硬的话把颈椎和床垫之间的缝隙填满并托起就行了。腰间也可以加一个垫子，也是为了腰椎。如果侧
睡的话得用较高的枕头，并且大腿/小腿之间需要加一个垫子填满曲线之间的缝隙。

我目前的体感是市面上的记忆棉枕头使用体验极度糟糕，被羽绒枕完爆。

他們家是 BSD 不是 linux，最新版貌似有 linux 版，所以用 linix 資源要檢查一下語法能不能用

先買個不算差的法杖(MDB 80% 以上，EDB 50% 以上)
等IW改版

很神奇的事情
同樣是LSWD，大概都差不多15m

MDB跟EDB高一點點，其他數值都很低，就好幾個人在搶

MDB跟EDB只低2~3%，Elem Prof和Depr Prof高很多，卻沒人搶 (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

因为你买的那把杖起拍价 15M ，没有战起来，如果不设起拍价直接让大家开始战，战起来以后，甚至最后价格超过 15M 也是有可能的，大部分人，在拍卖这种模式下，相互竞价几个回合下来，理性就开始不听使唤了。

花點時間和金錢研究和準備睡眠相關的事物很值得
畢竟人一天有三分之一花在睡覺這事上
