豆瓣醬加水，倒入不沾鍋加熱，

等醬汁小滾放入鹹酥雞(最好是半退冰狀態，完全冷凍的會增加料理時間)，

水分自己調節，

喜歡吃潮濕一點就蓋鍋蓋用悶的，

喜歡吃乾的就拌炒到水份收乾，

理論上全程不用放油，

鹹酥雞上的殘油+不沾鍋是不會黏鍋的，

用沙茶醬也可以，但建議還是要加水


對了，如果有蒜頭.蔥，可以把鹹酥雞的料再切碎一點，

配上隔餐或隔夜的冷飯直接一起炒，油可以放少一點

Just so we're clear - Tenboro's current removal of spam threads is mainly focused on threads where people just copy and paste messages that don't contribute any form of discussion.

This is why the Japanese or Thai threads get to stay around, while the Chinese thread had to be deleted (that thread hardly had any Chinese posts by the late stages.)

Leave the non-Chinese discussion stuff elsewhere.

還是以前的EHT好，上傳種子+配圖就可以。又方便。現在商業氣氛太重了

給某個活動義務當攝影師，今天有個網上介紹會要參加卻忘了，
就不能簡單的做一兩張紙介紹活動流程和負責的工作，非要開1.5小時的會。。。

結果到現在我也不知道當天的任務，只好當天早點去現場再聽人分配。
