一是高嘌呤，二是你平时喝水频率喝排尿频率，三就是看看肾脏。
或者是有什么别的东西在影响尿酸代谢。有的时候饮食清淡不代表低嘌呤。
增加喝白开水的习惯，少喝汽水。

生蠔真的很厲害，
昨晚吃了十幾隻，今天起床就一直硬邦邦，
