想精耗多餘的精力，有氧運動就是最優解。重訓不一定能抑制慾望、甚至可能適得其反，

最少依我個人及朋友經驗談就是這樣，我是練腹肌最明顯，做組做到快抽筋，結果卻尻得更兇。

練手臂也是可以練到沒力氣發電，但不代表就能消耗掉尻槍的衝動，甚至會掉入很累卻還是很想尻的困境。

以前我经常滚键盘imp然后PGC开局直接被飞XD

拍卖应该快开了，我发过去的邮件和东西怎么还没被读。

然后翻往期拍品的话，通过那个出价网站，点home就能看到每一期的记录了。

但是说真的，东西没拍出去，要么是东西本身不行，要么是出价太离谱了，

我翻了三四十期，基本没什么看得上的装备。唯一一个还可以的，他起价十多个M，受不了。



拍卖开了，结论是只能把头像换上去了（

等级都太高了啊。

楼里有没有什么好哥哥的低级装备，CoD，想收最高到424的电法熟练裤子，鞋子也行。


我的绑腿好像开打了，我的评价是：

光头啊，熟练鞋要刷很久才能PF 0.79，后期换成加速的也贵
