哪有什么文字狱，从建国以来绝大多数时候除夕都不是假期，抛开调休的日子，纯放假一直都是初一初二初三，后
来在2007年才改成除夕初一初二。

倒不如说除夕是不是节假日实际操作中没区别，各个企业基本都在年28都开始放假了，
就算是公职要严格按照法律规定放假，除夕那一天请假的人也多得是，
负责值班的本地人也不会去工作而是呆在岗位摸鱼。
而必须保持运转的紧急岗位，例如铁道的工人，除夕放不放假也没区别，
这些特殊岗位自有自己的一套调休制度，不可能跟着法律的规定走的。

综上所述，我就一直没看懂这个舆情是怎么起来的。

除夕初一初二放假，行；初一初二初三放假，不行。

这不就是朝三暮四吗？
