I'm not sure if it is good enough but I made a Japanese ver of Auction rule:
(there may include "machine translate", typos, wrong tense, incorrectly use of phrase, etc)

ルールと説明

1. 日曜日から木曜日まで（タイマー1を参照）：このスレッドに自分自身のオークションを投稿してください。

• 装備を私（Noni）に送らないでください。もし装備を私に送った場合、手数料10k ISKのCoDで返却されます。
• 以下の例に従って、このスレッドに装備を投稿してください。
• 装備のみオークションが可能です。素材は対象外です。
• 最高額の入札者に最高入札額で売却する必要があります。
• 自分自身のスタート価格を50k以上に設定する必要があります。設定しない場合は50kになります。
• 最小入札額は50k、最小入札増分は5％です。
• 複数の装備を一度に提出しないでください。毎回、一つの装備のみを提出してください。
• すべての価格はPersistent Creditで表されます。

例（Snowflakeではなく、自分のユーザー名を使用してください）

2. 木曜日から土曜日の午後、Superの終了時間と同じ時間（タイマー2を参照）：このスレッドに入札してください。

オークション中とその終わりの時

• 君(装備を売る人)は自分のオークションを管理してください。装備の最高の入札者を一日中で正しいCODを届いて ください。
• オークションの終了時間後に投稿が更新されるまで、アイテムを送らないでください。

I don't think it's really necessary. From the current auction it's apparent that people aren't building their Isekai rigs any more. Only items that are worth soulfusing for persistent are getting bids. Those are rare enough that people could just hold their own auctions with 3 day timers if they drop one.

The various people are using at least 4 different formatting style for the listings, which makes it very chaotic to look at. I suggest that your script take the submitted equipment URLs to generate listings using a uniform style.

Last auction was a nightmare to manage. Too big for one post and to many items - and one that broke the whole script. We could do this suggestion, I guess - but personally I wouldn't know how to. I think it's not a big problem in most auctions, only in the first few when there are so many items.

a couple of thoughts for the future
in the first days of isekai - fast leveling and short shelf life of items
so
1) first auctions should be short, many things from the first three days are no longer needed by the time when your first auction starts, like legendary leather was not sold
2) limit on the number of lots from one person, nothing personal, but a shitton of random exquisites clearly didn’t help anyone

also, lot of unnecessary lots due to people not knowing the market
i was sure that a low-level legendary mace would be in demand, but no

in the first days with the short shelf life, I feel that just using WTS threads may be more effective? I'd like the auction to be for valuable items only. But it's hard to enforce that in a DIY auction system. If it's only the first auction that's chaos, I can manage that. Also, this season I was AFK during the first weekend, so I just could not do one sooner. I hoped that pple would be smart enough to understand that it's useless to put short-shelf-life items in an auction with 1 week wait time. But apparently not.

By the way, 2h weapons rarely sell in isekai.

and first auction showed some knowledge, like mage mags can be sold, but not with missing PAB and etc

well my logic: 2H works under 200 lvl, so why not, it's Legendary after all
it makes sense to create a guide based on previus results, at least in my head

Does bidding only start on Friday or can we bid sooner?

edit the bid, change it to 'mistake' or something. just edit it.

There seems to be an edge case issue with listing color formatting. It looks normal in my post but one of them was broken when added to the main post.

if you look closely, that dude lost the italic and he doesn't use brackets that may be the trick. But best to keep the colors out of the info part.

yes this is an invalid item code. the auctioneer should stick to the format. Wtihout item code, bids will not be recognized. I won't check all entries, it's a DIY auction. So you'd have to complain to the seller.
