Yes, this is the correct procedure.

You send the equipment or item in ISEKAI, without COD, and make the Persistent CoD by sending a low value item.

That is not correct, you can use ISK (isekai credits) for trade with people on the forum. In most shops, you can pay with ISK or persistent credits. Just not on my auction. The rules of the auction state that payment must be in persistent credits. Feel free to not use my auction if you don't want to pay with persistent credits.

There is no rule for this the bidder should always click the link and check the equipment himself

The 5% min increase is clear in the rules, his bid was invalid. The auction is now ended and updated, and a note placed in the second post regarding why it didn't count. The amount you will get cod is stipulated in the first post, anything beyond that is between you and the seller.

I didn't know that the 5% increment should be based on the last bid instead of the base, and sorry for all the trouble caused by that...
Guess I should have checked the rules more carefully in advance.

yeah the thing is, first I need to know the end of season. Then bidding starts 3 days before end of season and auction bidding ends 2 day (or some hours less) before the end of season.

The central auction thread has to have the specific format. Otherwise, the script breaks. So if you want different time-lines, please post your own auction in your own thread. It's sad but true, we don't know the timelines and that makes the central auction impossible to plan. Tenb promised 1 week notice, so that would leave enough time to run an auction - we'll see when that moment comes.
