I've been recently trying to upload a doujin, and all but one page won't show. Its in the gallery but I can't view it compared to the other pages.

I've uploaded by itself as well as changing the name of the file and nothing changed.

Will it resolve itself if I publish the gallery?

There is a (rather overzealous) filter on the commonly used [easylist.to] EasyList that looks like:

.org/ad/

Unfortunately this filter can trigger on some gallery thumbnails.
Assuming this is the issue and you're using something like uBlock Origin or AdBlock Plus, a possible workaround is to add an override of the form

CODE

@@||ehgt.org/ad/*$image

This will exempt gallery thumbnails from being blocked.

I had the same issue a while ago. Doing what Scumbini said fixed it for me
