Luckily you can only get one shot because there were too many people that 'identify as men who have sex with men' that ran out and got the vaccine so they ran of the first 1m doses. Now they have to pay billions to get more.
I wonder where the whole "Childhood fren" thing originated.

Personally I dislike it as had too many cases where later women told me they had a crush on me growing up and would have gone out if I had asked them... usually telling me when its too late years later.

Not had that happen, but there's a girl who I am certain had a crush on me in High School and I missed all the signals until it was too late. I had always liked her but never thought of her in a romantic light at the time.
I remember her saying I was 'weird, but in a good way' or something like that in High School at one point. Made me feel good tbh since I'd rather be around people who aren't afraid to share what they think.
We were going to go out for coffee/tea sometime when we ran into each other a few years later, but we didn't manage to coordinate a meeting time until she had to go back to her university (far away from mine).
Feels bad, man.
I'd hate to be told that I should have asked them, though... They should be equally capable of asking, like this girl tried to with that coffee meeting.

CDJapan cancelled my bubblegum crisis order citing being out of stock and no longer available.
So, ignoring all the warnings from the universe telling me to leave it at that I decided to buy it on ebay. It'll be here in two weeks now.
I so rarely get any physical materials for things I like that this should be nice. Though I'll have to mess around with decoding the MQA shit they put on the CD soundtracks (there are 10 discs in the set; two blu-rays and the rest are CD's). I already got something working to do that with a hacked nintendo switch running Ubuntu with a chroot and some hacks on another platform's MQA decoding library (specifically built for ARM, thus the switch... though I can probably do it in QEMU userspace emulation on x86 now that I have a working proof of concept). Update: got it working on Intel now (Slowly). Might be faster to push everything to and from the switch, still.
Edit: ebay seller also told me it was backordered.
So I bought it a third time from Juno Media in UK. And it was shipped out yesterday. Will be here tomorrow or the day after.
So I'm pretty confident it's not just imaginary stock, this time.

While re-watching Project A-Ko to get screenshots for my signature thingy, I was impressed not only with the animation, but also with the wild creativity of the setting (the ship as a tower in the city, for instance... so much stuff in this movie that I could never have thought up).
Then there are the little things that they show but don't tell that I didn't even pick up on the first time, like how every one of the aliens seems to be female... possibly with the exception of the captain. Maybe.
I know Japan's economy was doing amazingly in the 80s, but it still boggles my mind that it got made. I am glad it did, though.
Gorgeous scenery, too. I love that movie.
"Yurikago Kindergarten" can mean "Yuri Cage Kindergarten" in English. Which I think is pretty fun, too.

Dragon, have you thought about playing Tales of Arise or Scarlet Nexus? If you had steam I'd buy them for you so you can play them. They are very good games.

Got my BGC box set in the mail. Ripped all the CD's, the blu-rays will be next (when I get a drive delivered... previously I used a disassembled TV blu-ray player with a SATA connector on it for BD rips, but I'm going to get something less awkward and terrible than that solution).
