How does that happen in Japan and not the US? In the US don't VA cancel the pensions of ex-service people like every three seconds.

I think I've only watched a few eps from Kimagure Orange Road and otehr series like that from that era.

Like i'd watch it if there was a VHS for rent but i'd watched everything else.

I liked Isekai Uncle, but I felt it was attacking me personally when it was insulting Sonic 2 on Megadrive.

It's happened so many times now, whatever good manga i'm reading turns into mainstream garbage.

I think the last anime i legitimately downloaded and watched without reading a manga was Youjo Senki(i don't like genderbending but this was an exception), Goblin Slayer(a traumatized man on a mission), Overlord(because mmorpg isekai op skeledaddy).

One Piece is currently stalled(2.5 years, roughly since corona started and horriblesubs died, please help me find new source) at ep 921 and i will binge watch 150+ eps when i decide to resume it.

Its hit or miss whether they bother to do the anime justice or not. Some production studios just shit the anime adaption out.

I was kind of planning the same thing, I think I am up to episode 400 something. My plan is to get a map of where the fillers are and just watch the canon episodes. Apparently they announced the manga was entering its final arc or some BS.
