I didn't think Proud family was that good, but it was popular apparently.

And female protagonist means nothing if their personality is 100% moe.

Also, real people porn *is* gross. That's the context of the post I am quoted in. Human bodies are nasty. Unless they're someone you really like, I guess. Yeast infections, vomit, snot, earwax and shit are varying degrees of gross.

So "most people I meet" are a small minority of "most people". Also most people don't share all of their thoughts with me so I don't have good reasons to hate them individually.

To me, intellectual curiosity and conversations matter a lot more than appearances. Even if they don't share their deepest thoughts, if we can hold a conversation and talk about anything other than just 'the weather' I tend to enjoy their presence. So yeah, I can like most people i meet while not wanting to fuck them, and also can dislike most of the world (and real porn) without disliking people as individuals.

It also depends on my mood and context.
