Macross Plus may have been the best Macross.

I liked Macross 2 and the Macross movies. The first macross series was under budget.

Macross zero looked good but the story was too random.

I've been watching more bubblegum crisis because of this thread.

I was always abit confused between the jump from the original bubblegum crisis ovas and bubblegum crisis 2040.




I feel like I missed an ova series somewhere.

Just watched episode 5 of Bubblegum Crisis - "Moonlight Rambler."
It hurt me.
Fantastic episode. Maybe my favorite so far (even though I could pick some plot holes in it if I tried to - the overall message was good enough that I don't mind). A shame the series is over halfway done now.
Maybe I'll check out the comics, since those apparently exist. If I can find them.

Tenchi Muyo is probably going to be next after this is finished.

Also, apparently 2040 was a reboot of the series rather than a continuation.
