Physical fitness is the biggest issue in boxing. When I was into the sport I could go 6-8 rounds. When I last went into a amateur charity event, I was exhausted by the end of round 3. I would say I could only go for one round now.

Currently I could probably only run 200m vs 21km at my peak. I can't even imagine being able to run 21km now.
