I can't find any explanation on how to buy a bronze star from another user.
What am I missing? What would be the process to buy a bronze star from another user?

The method, is once you find someone willing to sell, you send them the credits and your wallet (on the donations page, there is a box where you can input a user, which will send them a pm with your wallet). They send you the btc or bch, and you apply it as a donation.
