Well, let me put it this way. If it's not filtered away, we might end up with no advertisers, and without advertisers, there's no site. So while I can't "require" taggers to do anything, I'd definitely recommend it.

Will this only apply to nude lolis, or does this stretch to ecchi or even more to all loli characters?

This may sound like a stupid question to some but it is important as I'm just trying to protect the sites interests.

Maybe some of you have any suggestions about ad companies that would do business with E-Hentai even if those three tags weren't filtered?

Or any other means of supporting the site?

I am getting tired of people offering stupid suggestions for things they obviously don't understand. Tenboro cannot risk trying to pull the wool over the eyes of the advertisers, as they were obviously tipped off and caved in to complaints. He also cannot put this stuff in a pay section of this site. Even if he did, the advertisers might still withhold funds because they don't want to be part of a site that caters such tastes, even in a separate premium section. Stop pitching usually ideas. There are no loopholes as long as he continues with these same advertisers. If you have an actual solution, pitch, otherwise leave poor Tenboro alone. Don't you think he's hurting enough as it is?

I believe the Morality Guardians who come to the site and check it don't look at the tags but at the images themselves. So it's quite important to tag 'lolicon', 'shotacon' and 'bestiality' tags on sight to weed galleries that might offend the Morality Guardians out as soon as possible.

Or would you prefer the Galleries to shut down completely?

By the way, I'm led to believe, after reading some other threads, that using those tags to remove the galleries that clearly don't contain such content is also checked somehow and might lead to bans. In case someone wanted to use this way to remove galleries he doesn't like - don't.

I think everyone who complained to the advertisers should be banned from the website.

Like, we could have a mandatory poll every time an ip loads up the gallery page, that asks people their moral stance on this, and everyone who votes something like　"I think this is moraly offensive!"gets banned.

Or even a disclaimer, just for the hell of it, saying something 'like "by entering in the galleries, I agree that these things are not morally wrong, and censorship is."

Because while a fetish user might roam around for a while without donating, a handfull of these moral assholes almost cost you to lose the whole website, just because they want to be in control.

Server maintenance and support isn't paid with balls, but with money, and this mostly comes from advertisements at the moment, as deswcribed in the first post. If you know of a way to allow the site to operate without the ads, please let us all know.

So this explains why I couldn't see anything by [Lolita Channel] ...

Doesnt change the fact that contract infringing content would be on the site and the advertisers would pull out the money-> down the site goes.

I dont really get the adult network advertisers, they just forbade part of their own source of income. i have no idea why they would want to do something like this from a business point of view.

What saddens me the most is that clean Works such as Love Selection and Tayu Tayu also got the axe on the Loli bannings. I hope Tenboro is able to find a way around this restriction. I certainly understand his point of view, i wouldnt want to lose a project that has consumed so much effort either.

I guess we really need to define "Loli" now, since it seems to be quite difficult to name the limit for "underaged in art".

p.s: would a letter of complaint to the advertisers with a petition help or worsen the situation?

You joined when, January 10th of this year. Where do you get off saying that Tenboro ran at the first sign of trouble. This site costs over $46,000 dollars a year. Some people make less than that in an entire year. Tenboro is doing all he can, but these sneaky religious bastards, unable to use the law to shut down this site, have pressured advertisers to pull their ads. Considering that those that advertise here are mostly porn sites anyway, they certainly have some nerve.

However, I will not tolerate you bitching about Tenboro being a pussy when you've been here for a shorter time than I have. If I've learned anything in my short time here, it's that Tenboro works his butt off for this site, puts a lot of time and effort into it, and makes a lot of personal sacrifices to provide us with this site, his labor of love. If you are going to insult him for something that is out of his control, then you can get the fuck out right now!

How many people actually will be influenced to actually do the things depicted on this site?
If it wasn't zero, I'd be surprised, and rightfully so. All of us are (i hope) at least teenagers, with a strong sense of right and wrong things to do, conditioned into us over the years. By the time we start sampling such 'things', we might find it interesting or pleasing, but i feel not to actually do these 'things'.
I myself found this site through isohunt where some nice people uploaded torrents from here. I have no inclination to start performing the more ...well, y'know, extreme stuff.

Well, this really sucks. I freely admit that I am one of those who could have easily donated $10, $20, or more per year, but just didn't think about it. It may be a bit late now, but if it is a viable model, I will be happy to pay some reasonable sum to get you out from under the advertiser's thumbs.

Hopefully it is not too late to re-jig your system.

I usually browse every items on doujin / manga / hcg and generally dont have enough time to check them all out so I'm always on hundred pages behind. Yesterday I was on page 225, and today, it was condensed down to 160 pages. That makes a hefty 28.88% loss in those 3 fields, not like 20% overall as stated. Keep in mind that people usually cant post real loliporn anyway, and more recent galleries are more well tagged, which mean those prunged galleries are definitely biased for the worse.

I'm sure Toushin is trying to find a solution. He cannot outright blurp out "Ok folks we are working on this and that walkaround." Because those would be ideal proof to send to our advertiser, so leave him in peace until he actually implement a solution and tell us.

Just a few suggestions:
1) Maybe you can contact 4chan/booru and other boards with these forbidden content and see what advertisers they use ?
2) Place some limits on the tags so people cant easily prune unrelated galleries
3) Tag the forbidden content as private. With that, mindful uploaders can still link his stuff in forum if they are good, especially those magazines with 1-2 loli chapters
4) Allow uploaders/mods to exclude certain images, so they only appear on private, or if it's not possible, appear on our maintainace list but not visible to public. People can also invividually vote Inappropriate for individual images.
5) If 3) & 4) are not possible, allow us to change tag without going to the gallery. I want to revise some of my galleries with those tags, but I cant go to the gallery to do so even tho they are still on my maintainance list.

The worst part of this is when a larger gallery with other great content was also removed because perhaps one chapter involving a loli, such as those monthly hentai magazines.

Agree, i don't care about the loli/bestiality down, but this... this will be a massacre.
