The only thing I would say is that if the ad guys suddenly stops the income then we will loose not just shota or loli or many many other things (we lost a ton of other things) we would loose the entire site.

On other matters many might know already I dont know. But a new law is making its move in Tokyo. If its voted then not a single picture of anything depicting something similar to a child could be use in anything that states sexual, violence or even adverticments.

That means that naruto, bleach, one piece and pretty much every single manga you might know, kodomo no jikan, shota, incest, yuri, loli and pretty much everything will dissapear in 1 year.

This law will be voted in july. But as always everything starts with one that says: I dont think so!!! And mangakas as well as the comunity are giving their best over there and in many other countries.

Ergo, if the advertisers pull their funding, Tenboro won't be able to pay to keep the site running. Ergo, the site will shut down completely. Since you're a narrow-minded prick who engages in tunnel vision and loves to spout doom n' gloom scenarios, I'm going to have to use more detailed reasoning.

There are millions of advertisers out there that sponsor sites hosting content that could be controversial by advertisers. Many of these sites rely on such sponsors, as they require thousands of dollars in order to operate every year. If the one advertiser pulls its funding, there should be millions of other potential advertisers to turn to.

There are adult sites out there that also host loli/shota content that have had minimal conflicts with their advertisers. Such examples also include Gelbooru and Desuchan.

If there are millions of ad providers out there, then the loss of one advertiser due to a complaint should not automatically mean that the site will not have other advertisers to turn to. So far, E-hentai has only lost one of its advertisers. If there are adult sites out there that also host loli/shota content that have had minimal conflicts with advertisers, then there should be no reason why E-hentai shouldn't find an advertiser that creates little problems with the content they host.

If there are lots of advertisers out there, and that there are sites with loli/shota without problematic advertisers, why can't E-hentai simply turn to an advertiser that wouldn't create such problems, instead of gutting 20% of the site's content and risk losing a large amount of support from uploaders/downloaders, who help provide the traffic to help bring ad money for the site?

Doesn't make him any less accountable for inconveniencing hundreds of users, dude. Do you really think people would be willing to "back up" their files in a day and age where people are paranoid that someone might stumble on their computer? Really, if advertisers were that much of an issue, he should've planned out a way to get out of this beforehand or find more advertisers. At least some sort of warning email for all the uploaders would've been nice, as if that were the case, people may have been able to re-download their stuff before they realize that it's been "blocked".

Hell, we don't even know for sure if all the money he makes from ads actually goes to the site or not--It's not like he posts financial statements every year or anything like that. Why shouldn't users complain for the inconvenience they go through if their mere prescence actually contributes to the money that goes to the site? E-hentai wouldn't even exist if it weren't for all the visitors that go there and help contribute to the ad revenue.
