Even sites like 4chan has had problems with idiots spamming CP and then instantly reporting it to their ISPs, even though there are lots of people who live and breathe the site--There's still bound to be some delay between when the stuff is posted and when it's reported/deleted.

When you say "instantly" what do you mean? An e-mail? Do our advertisers even have like a live chat or quicker means of communication? They also come with a date and time posted.

If you doubt the speed of taggers go an look at how many get the duplicate tag on the first page.

It was a good run (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/cry.gif) sometimes popularity isn't as good at it seems.

It doesn't take more than 5 minutes to email a complaint about illegal content, and it certainly doesn't take more than 10 seconds to create and submit a screenshot of such material. Besides, if he words his complaint in a way that suggests that the site encourages the posting of child pornography or distribution of pictures containing child abuse, the advertisers wouldn't need to ask about the exact gallery he's complaining about.

I certainly hope you're right, but there's too much bullshit going on with regards to loli content in anime/manga/eroge nowadays to discount this as some joke, and it also fails to take into account the fact that people who post galleries with loli are no longer going to earn credits for them because people won't be able to go to them. Furthermore, I've never heard of an April Fools joke that was done one week before the actual date.

Can you care to enlighten me as to what these "subtle" clues are, or why exactly those with the ads-be-gone perk are not complaining? Forgive me, but I don't have the hath to fully understand what the heck is going on.

Yes, I see whats going on. Just give the guy who runs this site some time I'm sure he'll think of something about this problem. And it is pretty soon for apirl fools day so I doubt its that. Just listen to the people in this thread and I'm sure you'll figure it out.

That's fine and dandy and all, but how am I supposed to upload a new gallery there? It's just an archive. As nice as it is to have an archive of all the stuff that was removed, this issue isn't resolved if galleries with such content are prohibited from being uploaded in the future.
