Not that i'm fond of lolicon or shotacon, but, in my opinion, those terms must be redefined.
Because it's show people under majority having sex, and i mean, it's totally legal, in the real life, if there are not under the sexual majority, so why it's illegal to picture that ?
I think picturing children having sex is horrible, and that is not "moral" at all, but when it's a teenager (above his sexual majority) it's OK because it's not like he's playing in a porn movie, he is in a comic, it's fictional, moreover, the comic shows a part of that teenager's life and, i mean, there a lot of teenagers having sex because they want in the world, so what's the problem with morality ? (well, when it's rape I understand the problem...)

So, in my opinion, I think we must redefined those terms, so shotacon and lolicon instead of "Picturization of under majority sex" would be a "Picturization of under SEXUAL majority sex".
