You'll run from site to site until the smaller and smaller ones are closed, and finally every single magna or doujin showing up on the Net will be taken down withing minutes. Then you'll be sorry you didn't support big sites when they existed.

Or maybe not.

I wonder if this is a passing fad of youth for most people, or if people will continue to demand loli drawn content when they have work and money to support such sites. Well, I'll see in some years for sure.

Legally they are under age, and that's all it takes, at lest according to the law. With in the anime/henita community people don't usually consider someone with breast to be a loli (regardless of their actual age) and even a near millennium old demon girl can be a loli so long as she looks like it. But in the legal world that's not the case, and while the law might be slightly fuzzy on the latter case the first one is definitely covered as the characters are with out question depicted as being underage (if it applicable at all to cartoons and animations, to which the admin of the site has finally agreed too). Being "depicted as such" would include the descriptions, texts or underling plot of the story.

Basically the legal standard (if applied to cartoons and animations) would imply that loli = underage, and nothing more. Thought some may try and argue that a character which looks underage, even if given an age well over consent would also be subjected to the same ruleings. I would like to say that it's unlikely but given that I said the same thing about small breast porn a few years ago I think I'm going to keep my mouth shut.

Anyway, have I cleared up some of the confusion behind my first post?

Well, before I could at least still see the galleries I uploaded before listed under "maintain galleries". Now they don't show up there either, hope that doesn't mean they are really really deleted. Should have just kept them invisible until you were absolutely sure no one would have provided you with a possible solution to this.

Definitely according to the law. In US of A. But judging from opening post, current problem isn't about the law, it's about ad companies who don't want to be considered as supporting the site with such content. So it's basically about pleasing them, adjusting so they continue to do business with the site. I don't know what point of view they have, as with drawn sex, how can people agree how young the characters look?
