WELL...the only thing I could tell you is that many people don't like the game in China for its irrational fans and has 'copied' too much from ZELDA

i really enjoy genshin impact, have been playing it since its release last year, i dont spend much money and just play mostly free, i have almost all the characters i want and login every day do do some daily missions and farm for equipment, im happy i started playing the game and would recommend it to other people, just dont get to caught up in the gambling

game was rlly fun for me until one day it wasnt, havent played since 2020 but im thinking of going back.
although it will probably bait me into spending real money again, and probably you too if you enjoy it

I don't hate it. It's grindy as all hell, especially at Adventurer lvl 25. The art is pleasing in color and atmosphere, if not a little boring in variety. The story is forgettable and the characters aren't fleshed out on the game so much as were you to follow the YT channel Genshin community as a whole. Been playing on my PS4 with no real issues performance or bugwise. It's alright for a gacha game in that you can get along fine without spending money on the game. It's definitely more fun than most freemium games I've played.

It's a quality game with a long story but I'm not sure the endgame has much to offer other than "same content, more grind". Guard your wallet.

As someone who has been playing for over 9 months now, I would say overall the game is amazing. It has a lot to offer, incredible designs, pretty interesting story and mostly insane soundtrack. For a gacha game, the wishes system is pretty good as it gives the chance to anyone to basically pick their favourite character.

However, it has a lot of downsides too. As said earlier here, and that is the first thing you will note after 3 or 4 months playing the game, the lack of end game is just terrible. The events are not that exciting for the most part, you can feel that you do them just to get ressources (there are some really good events though.) And mostly, and that is maybe the worst, the communication between Mihoyo and their community is just non-existant...

But my advice if some of you really want to have an opinion on this game, just try it ! I am sure you'll enjoy, at least for the first couple of months !

Honestly got bored of it after a week or two. don't get me wrong it's fun but after a while the grind really gets to me. the thing that put me over the edge was when i realized i needed to wait for certain days to dungeon crawl for specific loot to progress my character. fucking gay, I'll stick to CSGO.

Very grindy but the waifus are cute, and so are the husbandos if that's your thing.

I was playing youtube and saw a lot of Genshin Impact. I heard It's a grinding game?

it was almost every day my friends always mumbling about it. but well I just participate in the beta, not for on the full release...

It is a good game, really love its graphic.

It only takes a short time to complete the daily task.

Why? Do you guys own a mine? Why play such grindy trash?

The first hours are fun, you can enjoy some days doing quests or just explore things. But you have to accept that you can't play the characters you want and that you can't equip your characters with the weapons and artifacts you want. RNG is strong in this game. And the grind of course.
