With some advice and guidance, I'm currently making transition and in need of some shield and armors.

These are the specification I'm looking for:

Highest level allowed Lv. 331

Shield - Exquisite+ Kite Shield or Buckler of the Barrier with Strength and Dexterity attributes, 29-30 base block minimum

Armors (All parts, plate) - Exquisite or magnificent Power Armor with Strength and Dexterity attributes

Despite of good advices from many friendly users, I made a huge mistake of not counting my current fragments stocks, I've purchased items what I thought at the time was good investment now sitting as decorations to my storage...

They're decent, but not when I need at least 3~4k fragments to soulfuse...

To at least get to higher level, I'm gonna need a shield that I can use right now (preferably affordable).
