Vaccine drops in Item World at IWBTH difficulty seem to be ridiculously rare. Only got 1 vaccine in 5 runs. Is this a mistake? It seems too low especially since it is useful to do Item World at lower difficulties to get good potencies.

I was wondering the same. I Did more than 400 rounds on PFUDOR IW so far and got 0 vaccines. It's on exquisite items although it shouldn't affect the drop rate, only difficulty should. Got 10 vaccines on GF/arena without effort. I'm hoping it's just bad luck.

I disagree about the drop rate being low, since I got both Item World vaccines in two consecutive runs last night. Sometimes random chance is generous, and sometimes it is harsh, but just keep grinding and you'll get them all.

Yeah, it's the same as Precursor Artifacts, so about 8-9 per 1000 rounds at PF is right.

You should shrine one set (one of each of the seven vaccine vials) by the end of the fifth to get trophies that you can shrine for equipment. Shrining more than one set will not get you more trophies.

You can still shrine them later, for a slightly less than precursor artifact return, but you won't get the trophies.

Some people keep the artifacts as collectibles after the event.
