Trying to improve the site in many different ways.
A truly nice guy when you talked to him on irc and via pm.
Probably our first interaction was when I risked getting banned from tagging and now I'm a tag mod.
He really was great guy.

Jokes aside, rest in peace. Every time I interacted with Joe it was evident how much he cared about this site and its community. Sucks that he's gone, and he'll be missed.

I didn't know him personally, but I liked some of the galleries he uploaded and saw his work on the forum. He gave a lot to this place. I will miss him.

Talked with him a number of times and he was always a pretty decent guy. Will be greatly missed.
